After dinner, party into the New Year with incredible live acts at Muze all night long plus $2.00 champagne as the clock approaches midnight! The excitement continues New Year’s Day with cash giveaways, dining offers and more!
New Year’s Eve
Ring in the New Year the right way at ilani with free live entertainment all day and night! Muze Lounge will be jam-packed with artists ready to celebrate the year that was starting at 1:00pm on Sunday. Inspired by the likes of Dean Martin, Frank Sinatra, and Harry Connick Jr. Portland raised jazz and swing artist Johnny Martin will be performing from 1:00pm to 4:00pm. An affable musician with an unforgettable voice, Mr. Martin honors the past performers of radio and stage, with blue eyes and bold emotion, Johnny takes the lyrics of the past and makes them swing like new! Don’t forget to bring your dancing shoes when Johnny takes the stage! Following a brief intermission accompanied by the music of DJ David E, the Way Cool Band performs next from 5:00pm to 9:00pm performing all of your favorite hits and more! Their broad background and experience give them the ability to play all styles of music with seamless professionalism and energy. Don’t be afraid to suggest some of your favorite classic hits, we promise they aren’t too cool to play audience favorites.
After DJ David E’s last set during the second intermission, Patrick Lamb and the Hit Factory will be taking you into the New Year, performing from 10:30pm to 2:00am as we usher in 2018! Patrick has been awarded the Independent Spirit Award by the City of Portland, has been elected to the Oregon Music Hall of Fame, won 3 Muddy Awards, and was the #2 national billboard charting artist in Oregon. His last three singles recently made top 5 nationally on the Bill
board Charts on his independent label. ilani is ecstatic to bring home one of his nationally acclaimed performances to you for FREE in Muze!
Guests are welcome to celebrate the arrival of 2018 with ilani, which will be offering $2 glasses of champagne throughout the concourse as well. Starting at 10:30pm 12 booths will be placed throughout the floor that will give guests the option to purchase glasses of champagne until midnight. You must be 21 or older in order to purchase. Make sure you grab a glass (or two) before we say goodbye to 2017 at midnight as the clock strikes 12 and we celebrate the New Year!
New Year’s Day
Keep the party going New Year’s Day by taking part in the action with free cash giveaways! On Monday, January 1st join the fun and enter ilani’s New Year’s Day Cash Party where you can win your share of over $25,000 in cash! Starting at 2:00pm we will be kicking off the New Year by giving away $2018 CASH every 15 minutes until the clock strikes 5:00pm. In order to participate, you must present your Momentum card and properly insert it into the slot machines or have active rated table play.
