ilani hosts job fair for veterans and offers discounts and a concert for Veterans Day
RIDGEFIELD, WA. (Nov. 8, 2022) – On Friday, Nov.11, ilani will celebrate Veteran’s Day by inviting all active-duty military and veterans for a day full of resources and entertainment. Veterans can take part in ilani’s hiring event, enjoy exclusive veteran/military member dinning discounts and rock out at the Bret Michaels show inside the Cowlitz Ballroom, where a portion of ticket sales will benefit Vets Rock, a non-profit organization that supports veterans, active and reserve military members
From 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. ilani will host a hiring event inside Muze Lounge to seek dedicated team members for a variety of exciting positions. Veterans, active-duty service members and all other eligible applicants are welcome to join. ilani offers their employees a wide variety of comprehensive benefits, including employer-provided meals, tuition reimbursement and more. Additionally, ilani will proudly offer special recognition for all the men and women who currently serve by donating a portion of the ticket sales from the sold-out, Friday, Nov. 11 Bret Michaels show to benefit Vets Rock LLC.
As an additional thank you, special discounts will be available for service members to take advantage of all day long on Veterans Day. Veterans and active military members are offered 25% off at Rose & Thorn, Longhouse, Bamboo 8, The Stadium and The Market. Line & Lure Seafood Kitchen & Tap is offering 25% off any lunch check until 3 p.m. PM and Michael Jordan’s Steak House is giving away a free order of garlic bread with the purchase of any entrée. Cowlitz Crossing will also be giving away one free cup of coffee to service members throughout the day.
