Cowlitz Indian Tribe celebrates ilani’s sixth anniversary with the grand opening of new hotel

The luxury property will officially open to the public following ribbon-cutting ceremony on April 24

WHAT:
ilani will commemorate the sixth anniversary of its opening with a ribbon-cutting celebration of its new luxury ilani Hotel. The 14-story hotel tower is the latest phase of the Cowlitz Indian Tribe’s master development plan and will offer four-diamond level guest service and amenities, including nearly 300 luxury guest rooms, an indoor-outdoor pool experience and a signature top-floor restaurant with views spanning from the Cascade Mountains to the foothills of the Coast Range.

The grand opening ceremony will take place in ilani at the entrance of the new Cultural Corridor, which connects the casino to the hotel tower and allows guests an immersive experience of the Cowlitz Indian Tribe’s heritage and culture. The event will launch with a traditional blessing by the Tribe’s spiritual leader and a press conference, followed by a commemorative ribbon-cutting. Following the ceremony, guests are invited to tour the hotel to view the new rooms, suites, pool area and restaurant.
